| General Overview | Sera is a very stern figure, but also very gentle in her words and delivery. She is very effeminate in Romulan fashion, but does not let that make her any less of a leaderful presence as happens in many cultures. She desires to continue her late husband’s work leading her people, forging a new future with the Federation. | |

| Personal History | Sera’s history is much like the others in the village of Sovuur, although her mate happened to be the leader (mayor equivalent) for decades. In the final days until Hobus, he was being groomed for a regional governor position. This made him a natural leader and negotiator as the Sovuur people worked their way free of Romulus and into the Federation. Under some sort of natural causes - radiation from the evacuation, undetected cancerous cells, or an illness suffered by many in the rescue transports - S’Goll passed. It was with unanimous vote and consent that his wife, at his side the entire time, take over as the leader of the Sovuur people. |
